Swift Water:

This workshop is open to anyone seeking skills in and around rivers.

Learn to cross moving water, swim rapids and do rope work.

• Personal whitewater swimming skills
• Throwbag skills
• Ropework skills

PRE-REQUISITES:

• The ability to swim 150 feet
• *CPR / First Aid certificate not included in this program; everyone working or playing outdoors should keep their certificates current.  American Red Cross First Aid / CPR Class Schedule
