- We take first-time rafters and folks who are unable to swim every day. Our trip is the perfect balance of risk and reward, fun for everyone!

- How far away is Northwestern Park from Portland?
- It's about an hour and a half from downtown Portland.
- What should I wear?

- If it's chilly, we'll provide wetsuits / you may bring your own suit / booties
- My guide was AWESOME - can I tip them?
- Absolutely. Our guides are the best in the business, and as part of the service industry, tips are always welcome.
- What souvenirs are available?
- Our professional photographers know the best spots to capture the excitement. Their photos will be available for purchase (Lighting is best on the early trip).

- What is the minimum age for rafting the White Salmon?
- 8-10 years old is our guideline for maturity expectation.
- How many people can fit on a raft?
- Depending on the size of the people and time of the year we try to fit 4 - 8 on a raft.
Cancellation Policy:
- All rafting trips will run rain or shine, regardless of weather.
- All cancellations shall be assessed a $15 per person fee.
- Within 72 hours of trip departure customers will be refunded 50% of the total trip price paid.
- Cancellations that are made within 24 hours including no-shows, regardless of circumstance, will receive no refund.
- We cannot make exceptions to these policies.
