Policies & Terms of Agreement
Cancellation Policy:
- All rafting trips will run rain or shine, regardless of weather or smoke.
- Cancellations that are made within 24 hours including no-shows, regardless of circumstance, will receive no refund.
- Within 72 hours of trip departure customers will be refunded 50% of the total trip price paid.
- All cancellations/modifications shall be assessed a $15 per person fee.
- We cannot make exceptions to these policies.
Alcohol Policy:
Rafters, participants and guests are not permitted to consume alcohol prior to participation in any river trip or activity.
Guests who arrive intoxicated or are seen consuming alcohol prior to a trip or activity will not be allowed to participate and no refunds will be issued.
