American Red Cross:

Train for Moments that Matter - Safely, Effectively & Confidently.

Everyone should take basic First Aid / CPR.

Anyone working or playing in the outdoors should keep their certificates current.

PDX RAFTING:

Operating out of our base on the White Salmon we focus on river safety.

Our education center offers a progression-based series of courses from First Aid/CPR, and introductory white water instruction through advanced certifications for professionals.

Classes:

• Guide School:
• Open to all, an introduction to running rivers. 

• International Rafting Federation:
• Advanced raft guide workshop
• I.R.F. Certification

• Advanced Kayak School:
• Advanced kayak workshop

Training will be held on the following rivers:

• Hood River
• Klickitat River
• White Salmon River
• Wind River
